Objective
We conducted research between the two states of the Internshala certification courses sign-up form.
How did we Conduct the usability test?
In order to arrive at the final result, we ran two tests (Test A and Test B).
📝 Test A
- We started by conducting the test by taking our current form and comparing it to the new design after extensive research. You can find it below A and B.
- Individuals were given one of the screens to go through, observe the experience while filling it out, and then once they were finished, They were asked to fill out a survey sheet.
- Following the survey sheet, we also asked individuals to vote between the current and new screen, and they voted accordingly.
